The nurse taking vitals was awesome, but when I was called in to the Nurse Practitioner, she was very rude, her 1st words were hurry up we got to knock this out I'm running very far behind. She then said I would feel better if I lost weight, I know I'm fat but what does that have to do with, being sick, coughing, congested, feaver, wheezing etc... I get this every year and if I don't catch it right away it has turned into pneumonia. Last year I was given cough medicine, and antibiotics, which is what my Dr always does too. She just recommended I get over the counter medication. I can live with the no medication, but her being short and rude, is just wrong.
Again the 1st nurse was awesome. But the nurse Practitioner was not. I was not the only one complaining everyone coming out had complaints and said she was short and rude.
