Moved in after amber promised they would fix everything just needed to pay deposit and they would get on it. Not even 2 days later it rains and my bedroom set was soaked and ruined. I fell in kitchen over floor not being fixed. Then we were flooded out. People banging on my door at 1AM saying they need help. Sewer waste every where even in the house and underneath. Glad i found a new place to go before they condemn everyones home. I will be gone in a week. Look elsewhere nobody should live this way.
Avoid it floods bad. Go weeks without power. In water up to your chest avoid at all costs. Ir Has roaches and mice problems that will not be resolved lie lie is what they do. Electrical problems before in trailor as well .
Definitely a last resort to live, look elsewhere if you can. They don't fix anything unless you pester and pester. Manager shares everyone's gossip and she has no concern for privacy. Very few decent people but there are some. Cops constantly being called in the park. Flooding is an issue that they don't seem to concerned about. If your child goes to Coolidge then there will be issues with the driver that picks them up, a child actually overheated because she had the children raise the windows to 'teach them a lesson'. His parents had to actually FIND where she stopped to pick up their overheated child. A lot of herion and meth in the park so please be careful with children and watch them. Do not live here if you can help it, I can't stress it enough! Many sickly cats running around be careful!
They don't fix anything and when they do finally fix something it either takes forever or it's not done right
Sure there's a few drug addicts, but it's all part of living in a mobile home Park .
