Ordered a large classic garden asked no mushrooms extra feta. It came quickly driver was nice I believe his name is Robert drives red Dodge Dakota. Driver forgot the 2L of Pepsi not the end of the world things happen. I pointed this out and he was going to run to the store and buy one. I told him don't bother just have them adjust my ticket and it will be fine. Opened my pie no red onion and loaded with mushrooms. Checked my cheese bread and had ranch dipping sauce. Who eats cheese bread with ranch? I call the store make my complaint person on the other end seems nice enough but one hour later no new pie. Ok correction as soon as I posted this drive showed up. Same great driver as before order was perfect this time I must say they fixed this issue a little slow but it was fixed.
Ok I have order from this location 4 times only once did my order come hot and or in time. I will never be ordering from this location again. As this is the only location that delivers to me I dare say Marcos has now lost a customer and my support as a customer

The food here is good but the customer service is terrible. The driver didn't come to the door and left with the pizza when no-one answered the phone. Said she didn't think she had to come to the door. This is not the first time and its unprofessional.

We love Marcos Pizza when it comes to taste. However, their customer service is absolutely awful. We were simply delivered the wrong pizza. Once we discovered this, we called the shop to ask if we could get the correct pizza given to us and even said we would be willing to give the incorrect one back since it had not been touched. After being put on hold once while the situation was presumably being reaolved just to be hung up on, we called back a second time to try and get the situation resolved again. Being put on hold a second time for twenty minutes led to us calling from another phone to talk to an employee about the situation. Without being put on hold, the employees discussed freely (mostlikely unknowing that we could still hear their conversation) that we should have called the shop before the driver left our driveway so this wouldn't have been an issue and that the person whose pizza we did have didn't complain so how can it be that our pizza is wrong and theirs was not. I was then told that my order, which we had paid for, did not exist. After offering to come up to the shop with my emailed receipt to validate my purchase, I was told that my non existent pizza was in the carryout section of their shop waiting to be picked up. I was told that the pizza would be remade and delivered to us as soon as possible at a larger size than originally ordered. In the mean time my boyfriend, who was still on hold, was hung up on after waiting for what at this point was nearly 40 minutes. The only real plus side of this interaction is that the young lady I talked to was somewhat apologetic given the situation. We WOULD NOT recommend this store to anyone.
