Used to be better. Door greeter typically is busy talking to her friends shopping in n out. Barely shop here now. Only a quick in n out
Seems to have a smaller amount of items but it could be due to the arrangement. We rarely stop by there as it's out of our way but the areas were clean and easy to navigate. The only odd thing is while I was there I heard an employee yelling back at a loudspeaker about a spill. Guess it was just a bad day.
Love to go to this Wal-Mart. I have one close to my house and it is horrible. This walmart is always neat and clean... We all know that lines are always long at majority of all walmart. One thing I don't understand... WHY have 20 operating lanes and only 4 is open.
If you call them, they don't pick up very quickly and THEN they leave you waiting on HOLD for way too long and don't return to the call.... I realize they may be busy.. but this is ridiculous!!! As many people that I see that work there.. come on!! Terrible service at this Granite City, IL, location.. let's see if anyone contacts me about this poor telephone service, your front staff are horrible! I called 5x today, 9.2.2017, finally spoke to Rich/Asst. Manager, Lillie CSR, was the WORSE person I have spoken to at that location, she hung up on me 2x and then when I called again, I over heard her telling Rich, that I was yelling at her and she could NOT place the call on hold. I never yelled at her, if I had she would have known it, I don't like LIARS, Lillie, maybe they should get someone who can do the job of answering a telephone and someone who knows telephone etiquette.. it sure is NOT you! I am reporting this 30 + minute telephone call to Bentonville, and when I told Rich that, he said that was fine with him...
My fiancee and I love this Wal-Mart. You get in and out. The store is always clean and neat.
