The people, Ty from Granite & Leah from Glen Carbon, were super nice people. Now how is a car ready to go with NO GAS? Bonus tho, Leah found a hot unopened can of Coke Zero & some candy while show I g me how to adjust the 3rd row seats!

I will never being using Enterprise for a car rental again. I made a resevervation for a one-way car to visit my husband who is away in military training. I was told that a debit card could be used for this rental by not one, but two of their employees. They day before the reservation I made a call to confirm pick up time, and just to be sure I had all correct information. I was informed that I couldn't use a debit card, and that all drivers needed a credit card on file or the car couldn't be rented. I was told the opposite of this on all other calls and the official reservation. This almost cost me a trip to visit my husband because he has our one credit card with him. Luckily Hertz company was available to assist and get a reservation in place for me. The customer service representatives were professional and polite but apparently the company needs to communicate with each of their employees specifically. If you decide to go with Enterprise be ready for details to change without your knowledge, and triple check your details with many different employees. Never again!
