Apple in sushi should be the standard. Amazing restaurant for the food alone. Staff are to the point but polite and nice. If you ever need a reason to go to Granite City, this is it
I'm 1000 miles from an ocean so, my expectations were low. I have had better. I've also had worse. They are a little heavy handed with the crab salad and there was Apple in almost everything but, all in all; totally acceptable.

Owners very nice, sushi very fresh. The service is good. Prices could be a tad lower, for being located in Granite City, but overall it's a pleasant dining experience.
The best sushi EVER. Incredible atmosphere and VERY friendly owners. I'll never go anywhere else for 5-star sushi!
